Once we receive your booking inquiry (Step 01) we will be in contact to confirm details in order to prepare and send a contract and invoice.

All bookings require a 35% nonrefundable retainer PLUS a signed contract.

This retainer is applied towards your total balance and is necessary to secure your date.

Sending an inquiry does not guarantee your event has booked our services. The 818 Glam Booth is an extension of 818 Films Photography, LLC and will appear on documentation as the official business name.

How much space is needed for the photo booth?

We typically require about 8x8 to 10x10 feet of space with access to a standard power outlet. This allows enough room for the backdrop, booth setup, and guest movement.

How do I book?

To reserve your date, simply use the booking calendar link located above this section titled “Click here to book.” Select your event date and submit the inquiry form.

What comes included with the photo booth rental?

All rentals include a professional DSLR photo booth setup, stylish backdrop, digital photo sharing, and fun props. Some packages also include instant prints, custom templates, and premium prop options.

Can we choose our backdrop and template?

Yes! You’ll be able to select from our available backdrop options and professionally designed templates. Name and event date are included on all templates.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For peak seasons, holidays, and large events, booking as early as possible is strongly encouraged, as availability is limited

When should I book by?

Yes. A trained booth attendant will be present to assist guests, manage prints, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Is there an attendant present during the event?

How long does setup take?

Setup usually takes 45–60 minutes before your event start time. We arrive early to make sure everything is ready.

Do you travel?

Yes — we service the Antelope Valley and surrounding Los Angeles areas. Travel fees may apply for farther locations.

Can the booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, outdoor setups are possible with proper covering/shade and suitable weather conditions.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes. A retainer is required to secure your event date, and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event day.

Digital galleries are typically delivered within 24–72 hours after the event.

When will we receive the photos?

Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date depending on availability.
