Important info
*All bookings require a 35% nonrefundable retainer that goes towards your total along with a signed contract. Prices listed are for photography services only and do not include applicable sales tax, or add-ons, which will be added to your final invoice.
Each package is for a set amount of hours (2, 4, 6, or 8) coverage ends once the final hour is met unless otherwise arranged beforehand or negotiated during the event where payment is required on the spot at a predetermined rate stipulated in the contract.
In order to book our services we require a Consultation Session in the form of a in-person meet up or video call, a 35% retainer and signed contract is required to secure your date. This is to make sure not only we know what to expect on your big day, but also what to expect of 818 FILMS PHOTOGRAPHY. No detail too small when it comes to a once in a lifetime day such as your wedding!

When it comes to one of life’s most meaningful moments—your wedding day—we make it our priority to ensure every detail is captured with care, intention, and artistry.
To begin, we’ll schedule a phone call or FaceTime to get to know you as a couple, learn about your vision, and answer any questions you may have. During this conversation, we’ll also set a date for your engagement session, giving us the opportunity to capture beautiful portraits and help you get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.
From there, we’ll walk you through our wedding services, discuss your timeline, and prepare a customized contract designed specifically for your celebration. Our goal is to make this process smooth, personal, and perfectly aligned with your love story.

Engagement shoot
An Engagement Shoot is included with two of our premium packages- Forever & Eternal love- however it is an optional add-on for other packages that do not include it. We’ll meet at your chosen location, capture stunning portraits, and have your edited photos ready for you quickly—perfect for invitations, reception displays, or keepsakes before the big day.

Before your big day, we’ll meet with you to discuss your vision, must-have moments, and any special requests. This helps us understand your style and ensures we’re aligned with what’s most important to you.
Capturing the Emotions:
From the quiet moments while you’re getting ready to the look in your partner’s eyes during the ceremony, we focus on preserving the raw emotions that make your day unique.
Blending Candid and Creative:
We blend candid shots that capture natural, unposed moments with creative, artistic compositions. The result? A gallery of images that feels genuine yet polished.
Seamless Coverage:
We stay in the background, working discreetly so you can fully enjoy your wedding day. We’re there to catch everything—from the big milestones to the subtle details, like the décor, your loved ones’ reactions, and those in-between moments that make your day special.

Do you travel for photoshoots?
We are based in Lancaster, CA, however travel is never out of the question. We do service Los Angeles to Ventura Counties but are more than willing to travel to capture your timeless moments. Travel fees may be applied to overall total.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Our standard turnaround time on delivering your photos is typically 10 weeks, although depending on several factors that timeframe may be shorter or longer.
Factors such as:
-promised amount of photos
-the season in which your event takes place (if we are booked up or not)
-special requests can also influence when you will receive your photos.
Rest assured we want to deliver your photos as soon as possible without rushing the editing process and we do sneak peeks during the editing process too so you get a taste of what's to come!
How many photos will we receive?
The promised amount of photos for each package are as follows:
Sweet Beginnings | 2 hour package | 50 photos
Love Story | 4 hour package | 100 photos
Forever | 6 hour package | 200 photos
Eternal Love | 8 hours package | 400 photos
It is up to our discretion if we add in extra photos on top of the promised amount. We focus on the quality of the images and want to ensure we get all of the best shots for you to remember for years to come.
How far in advance should we book your services?
We recommend booking at least 6-8 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons like wedding season or holidays. Although that timeframe is not a requirement to book our services, it solely relies on if we have open availability for your special day.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes! Not only do we require a 35% deposit we also require a signed contract to book your session with us. The remaining balance due date will be listed in the contract along with payment methods and other important information. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are sometimes inevitable, when booking, our cancellation policy is detailed in your contract as follows:
The Clients may cancel this contract at any time up to 30 days prior to ceremony date time. To do so, Clients must send a written cancellation notice via either email or certified mail.
The Clients hereby forfeit their initial deposit in case of cancellation, and agree to pay the full amount for the services listed above should they cancel this wedding photography contract after the date 30 days before ceremony date time.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but we can work with you to reschedule if needed.
What are the available payment methods?
We offer a variety of payment options including the following:

Payment can also be split into a payment schedule created by us through the Pixieset platform (for those who prefer to not use services such as Affirm or Klarna).
Payment services Affirm and Klarna are not guaranteed for approval automatically- it is based on the clients personal information.
